I rarely have time to leave business reviews, but I couldn't let the great service experience go unrecognized. Super fast turn around with my dead Sony OLED, twice! One was just an hour after I dropped it off. And the prices and labor fees are stunningly fair!

Had the opportunity to work with Frank @ Eastern Video last week (12/4) to help out with a warranty repair on a Samsung S95 TV. Not only did he reach out to me the morning after a service ticket was assigned, he was able to successfully diagnose and complete the repair the same day we made contact. Would give 6 stars if I could. Great service - wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

When I thought the TV repair couldn't be done and covered under warranty, Frankie at Eastern Video fought for me with the manufacturer to get it covered, and I only paid the fair diagnostic fee when I dropped the TV off. The repair was done timely and correct manner. I basically have a brand new TV with new parts. I can't thank Frankie enough for the kind service. He saved me thousands of dollars right before the holiday season. Thanks, Frankie! I would go to him again for any electronic service or repair. Trustworthy and honest!
